The Hornblower is a Groningse snik, built in 1901. She was converted in the late 70's for cruising. Previous names were Carpe Diem and Thunderhead.
I bough the ship in April 2011. The reason I liked her was the upper structure and how much space she had, even she is only 3,2 meters wide. It all starts with a fore peak that can be used as a storage area. The next room is the bed room, followed by the living room and a big wheelhouse. Underneath the wheelhouse is a large engine room. The bathroom is in the back. Behind the bathroom is another small area, where the shaft leaves the vessel.
