Spits Rudy [90.000 EURO]

The Rudy is a traditional looking spits barge moored in Bruges. She as been nicely maintained over the past years. The boat has a deugdelijkheidscertificaat from Euroclass. She last visited the yard in 2008, when the bottom wa doubled.

She has a large accommodation that needs some attention. There are two bedrooms (possible to create a third one). The bathroom is nearly finished, already having a shower and a nonolet. There is a big living space and an open kitchen. The roef is empty and can be converted. A tegelkachel (slow wood burning heating system) has been built in the living area.

There is a big area on the front deck. The ship has been equipped with two solar panels and there is an option to connect to mains power and Internet.
