Motorised sleepspits Julie [SOLD]

The Julie is a historical spits barge built in 1911 at the famous Van Praet-Dansaert yard in Baasrode. She was motorized after the war, but kept her original lines. The back accommodation is dating from 1911 and is in a remarkable condition.

There is a hydraulic crane on the ship, above the cargo hold. This crane can easily be removed, but can also be seen as a practical tool during the conversion of the ship.

She had little to no maintenance in the last couple of years. She needs painting on the outside and conversion on the inside. There is concrete at the bottom of the ship. She comes with no hull survey.

Anchor winch, an original wooden rudder from 1911, a little crane for a life boat and a nicely built wheelhouse with nice steering wheel are on the ship. She can certainly get a place in a historical harbour!
