HomeBarges for sale •Steilsteven Harte 1

Steilsteven Harte 1 (90.000 Euros)

The Harte 1 is a unique vessel. She is one of the few remaining lengthened steilstevens in the Netherlands.

She is built in 1923. After her career as inland cargo vessel, she was converted for sport fishery. having a seagoing certificate, she was strengthened. The sides of the ship are one big tank, which makes her ca double hull. In the front, there are pumps that can fill or empty these tanks.

In 2002 the Harte 1 has been converted for living. The boat has, besides the original back accommodation, a big living room with kitchen, a badroom, three bedrooms and an unconverted space where watertanks are stored.

Technically, the boat is in top condition. Besides two running generators, there are two cranes, an electric anchor winch, compressor, dept meter, VHF radio, radar, fish detection, etc...

The kitchen and living room have central heating, the bedrooms have a diesel heater. The ship can be seen running, including anchor winch, cranes and generators!
